Good food. Great pasta. The service was good and the salads were really nice. I like that they have family size portions, which is helpful with family dinners.

I love this place. The food, the food, the food. Always tons of food, high quality and surprising touches. Most recently I had a huge salad followed by the most lasagna I have ever eaten at one setting. I just could not stop eating it because it was so delicious! Fab! Crunchy garlic was served bread hot & flavorful. My final side was roasted veggies; squash so nice & tender. Just go eat here. Order anything. No complaints. Nicest people. Not a fast place to eat. Chomp & chill for a change. You will likely go back!

The name piqued my interest. I'm not sure if I got the full (no pun intended) story on its origin, but this isn't a mystery to me. I've dined here thrice. It's not ideal for takeout, instead seems more geared to family- style casual dining, and priced accordingly. To me the most memorable aspect here are the "belly fries" which are homemade potato fries sliced thin and made crunchy. Yum. They alone could satisfy my need to explain the name. It's sort of a sports bar setting with choice of free standing tables or booths. Guests chose both in my limited experience, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. I'd rate the food a solid 4/5, the service 5/5, and ambience 3.5/5. Maybe good enough for a date that isn't like "the one", but is really hungry.

This was an unusual find. A restaurant that looks to still be finding their identity tucked away in a strip mall south of Waldo. However, looks can be deceiving. The menu is extensive, portions are large, price is affordable, service is friendly, and food is good. Their hallmark is their daily all you can eat specials. Went in on a Friday for their fried cod and shrimp special. Love the Belly fries (sliced fried potato rounds), the Cajun kick to their beer battered shrimp, fresh green beans with minced onions, and the battered cod. Definitely a local small business worth supporting.

I stopped by for the Saturday buffet but have learned that they have discontinued the buffet and replaced it with daily specials that are all you can eat but served to order with a different specialty each day. Saturday is the Southern style meal - fried chicken, fried fish, "Belly" fries, hush puppies, green beans, macaroni salad and a roll. A ton of food that more than filled me up and left me wondering - who on earth could order seconds of anything? The policy is if you don't order seconds, you may take any leftovers home; if you order seconds - no doggy bag. Seems fair, since I actually took home a piece of chicken. The wait was considerable since everything was cooked fresh - about 15-20 minutes. Stand outs were the juicy chicken with a tasty breading, the green beans had chunks of bacon and a buttery flavor, and the sliced fried potatoes were seasoned with a great flavorful blend of spices. Mac salad and fish were fine but nothing special. I have zero complaints for $19 and am eager to return to order off the menu next time - the menu is HUGE, with Italian and American dishes. Service was very welcoming and accommodating.

I was impressed with the delicious food, good portions, reasonable price, nice atmosphere and excellent service during my dine-in lunch visit. The lunch special included a side salad, choice of pasta (lunch portion) and a piece of garlic bread for $10.99. The salad was served with a smile just five minutes after I ordered at the table and the entrée was served just five minutes later. The salad had a good variety of fresh ingredients with my choice of dressing on the side, while the lunch portion of pasta was generously sized, with plenty of creamy, buttery goodness - nice! The dining area was nice and new with a mix of tables and booths, Dean Martin background music, a stage for live music and a bar (with beer and wine on the way soon). Curtains would be a nice addition, and I understand they are also on the way. I found the service from the young lady to be stellar - helpful, sweet, cheerful and efficient. They also offer daily specials and catering. Excellent!
